Welcome to my cards and more.
Hi, I am Gina and I am fairly new to the blogging world and a great believer in sharing any skills I pick up in life, especially where crafting is involved. I am very passionate about card making and like to try new crafts as I go, this also includes Jewellery making. I hope to use this blog to help New and Experienced crafters alike. You will see Hints, Tips, Tools and a How To page, on here. While I am not a certified expert I like to think I am fairly good and confident at what I do. Learning more about this skill as and when I can, getting inspiration from my favourite TV programme – a daily craft show, magazines and Pinterest, not forgetting groups and friends who share their tips with me. I hope to share lots of helpful information as I get more into blogging.
Keep an eye on the Information – Miscellaneous Page.
This all started fifteen years ago, when I found a strip of Dragonflies, “yep I like Dragonflies” while off sick from my Chemist job, being unwell I needed a hobby and yes my crafting journey began.

Although this started out as a hobby, like most hobbies it has taken over my life and home, much to my boyfriends horror, lol. Having said that he is very supportive of my new venture, he has helped me kit out a spare room which is now my craft room, “my happy place” this was he’s computer room, bless him – very supportive. I have been doing this seriously for about 3 years and decided to take it to the next level. I have recently retired from my Childminding business of eleven years. As one business closes another business opens, oh wait that’s door – close enough.
I do believe crafting is good for the mind and very therapeutic what ever the age, old and young alike. I would like to work with all generations, helping someone to achieve a made card or project for themselves would be great, especially if they had never crafted before. A card group would be great weekly, monthly or just a one off for fun. Family and friends or even friends to be.
I would also like to host a Crafty Birthday Party with your little one’s in mind.
I certainly have enough crafty stash to go round.

For details look at the Information pages or contact me via email.
I am loving my new toy, Scan N Cut, it allows me to cut smaller or larger pieces when required. I am really pleased with the end result, seem to take forever.

Below are a selected few of my recent makes.

Below is a small die cutting machine and die storage unit.

Below is the start of a card project and 2 books of the papers used for the project, above is the 3D Butterfly finished card.

Why would you want to buy my made cards, I hear you ask, ” each card is an Original, Unique and not found in a shop. Good quality stock. Inexpensive as a stand alone card. Personalised if possible when required. Not cheap looking. Crafted with love and no two cards the same”.
The reason for a selling web page is to allow me to sell not only made projects but also sell some craft products, so others can benefit from making their own projects, I. E. Card Stock, Stamps, Card Kits and many more, you get the idea.
Below are 3 items from the shop under: Crafting Products

This was my very used organised but messy chaotic craft room,

My now recently revamped tidy craft room. Love it. Thank you Richie.

Below is my Baby Blue die machine making snow flakes for a Christmas order, also gems, ribbon and glue.
Icon on the back of my cards.

The child minded children and five grandchildren loved to craft, especially the younger ones, my grandchildren love to craft with their Nan even now. I love to travel and pick up crafty bits and inspiration along the way.

Oh and who doesn’t love Pinterest, who isn’t addicted, shhhhhhhh.
I do like to read the inspirational quotes, you will see them on here now and then.

I love communicating with others and making new friends, I seem to be collecting contact numbers every time I visit my Grandchildren on the six hour train journey or go away.
I am also in the middle of writing a couple of short stories and have finally started Journaling.

Please say hello, as and when you can, especially when you 1st find me, tick the box for future updates and click the Subscribe button on the Posts Page. Thank you.
How do I keep going I hear you ask, lots of support from my boyfriend, one step at a time, oh and of course, Coffee, lots of coffee!

I hope you join me in my new journey.
