All my cards are made with good quality products and finished articles are double checked for any loose parts with children & pets in mind.
Good quality glues are used to assemble ribbons and gems etc.
Card orders are welcome, subject to product availability.
No 2 cards the same but sometimes can be similar if required. Some cards can be personalised i.e. Sister – Brother, Mum – Dad etc.
Post & Packaging:
UK Postage: is included in the product price. Cards are £1 p & p per card. Crafts are £2 p & p per Craft item, unless otherwise stated in the description. ( Christmas Cards and Die Cuts for your projects fall into the £1 p & p category ). Again – unless otherwise stated in the description. *I.E. if you buy a Box of cards etc the postage and packaging may be more*. Jewellery may vary, I will add the postage and packaging price in the description. However if you are collecting orders from me in person, then shipping costs will be reimbursed to you in cash with your purchase order, if you have paid in advance. All postage and packaging will be done as cheaply as possible.
Orders: Allow 4 – 5 days per order to reach you in time, to avoid disappointment.
Allow 7 – 10 days if you are ordering a project that I need to make from scratch, resources and time may need to be organised.
Payments:
Payments for orders will be paid via PayPal or Cash. All items are priced in Sterling.
Returns:
Returns will need to be received to me in the same good condition as you received them. Please notify me via email within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return a purchased item. Refunds will be paid via the same method as you purchased them.
